Made to feel welcome on arrival at reception, plenty of easy parking spaces. The waiting area was warm, clean and spacious and comfortable. Selection of drinks and snack provided. The video of service being carried out on vehicle was informative and very clear.
At first, thought the cost of replacement battery was excessive until I checked out other sources (including Halfords) and found that the cost was very competitive.
